How to Login After a Password Reset
If you forget your password and Technology has to reset it for you, follow these steps to change your password to something you can remember:
In a web browser, navigate to https://mail.rbschool.org
Enter your email address (see below) and click Next
Enter your temporary password and click Sign In
On the Update your password screen, enter the temporary password under Current password, then select a new password
Enter the same password under Confirm password and click Sign In
If your password meets the criteria, you should be logged in to the webmail portal (or the online office home screen if it's your first login).
Email Address Format:
If you are a staff or faculty member (or coach), your email address is your first initial + your last name @rbschool.org (or @rbsathletics.org for coaches): jdoe@rbschool.org
If you are a student, your email address is your first name + a period + your last name @rbschool.org: jane.doe@rbschool.org.
Password Requirements:
Passwords must be eight (8) characters long and consist of letters, numbers, and a special character.
Passwords shouldn't be common words, names, or phrases that are easy to guess. This is locked out by the system.
Remembering your password is your responsibility. We will reset it if needed, but we can't tell you your existing password. Once you set it, you have to remember it.
